We would like to compliment Ms Geraldine Foo for her professional and efficient service. We were looking for a condo at the Minton and had contacted 2 other agents through internet listings. They were slow to get us listings of properties suited for our family of 5 and instead tried to sell us a 2+1 unit or other projects they had. We next contacted Ms Geraldine Foo who was very efficient. She was the first one to inform us of the 7% ABSD should we decide to keep our HDB flat for rental. None of the first 2 agents brought this up though we had informed them of our intent to rent out our first property. Ms Foo was also very efficient in arranging 5 different viewings of 3 bedroom units, back to back on the same day. This really saved our time. Ms Foo saw to the sale completion of our condo and negotiations satisfactorily. When we decided to sell our HDB flat, Ms Foo was hardworking in listing our property, doing thorough research on the past sale transactions in the area and advised us on a realistic market price. She was thorough and patient with all viewers who came to view our flat. Thanks to her hardwork, our flat was sold within 2 weeks of being listed. Through it all, what impressed us was Ms Foo's professionalism. She was very clear of the rules and regulations and was meticulous with the detailed paperwork needed. She also liaised with the lawyers and bankers and co-ordinated the various dates and complexities needed for loan repayment of our first property, IPA for loan of new property and complexities of date of early completion required by our condo seller and need for contra of our HDB flat buyer. Ms Foo assisted us and availed herself to be present at the liaisons between the law firm and bankers. She drew up timelines of financial payments which were very helpful for inexperienced property buyers like us.
